  • Create a hassle free and seamless experience for the customer with regards to on-boarding, registration, payments follow-up etc and also to deliver prompt and accurate service to the customer
  • Deal with all queries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail within specified TAT.
  • Able to address and resolve customer queries and escalations within ‘benchmarked turn-around-time.
  • Able to manage irate customers during delays or disputes, ensuring no loss of faith and brand credibility Generate Demand letters.
  • Prepare Allotment letter, Agreement, Possession letter, Parking letter.
  • Send payment receipts & reminders to customers via email / courier
  • Handhold the customer through end-to-end post-sales facilitation - from 'Allotment' to 'Handover', including offer of possession, re-sale, documentation, query-handling, escalations, grievance-handling and collections
  • Able to prepare, review, execution and registration of Apartment-Buyer Agreement (ABA), Transfer, Buy-Back Agreement, Sale Deed, Conveyance Deed and Possession.
  • Collaborate with sales team to pass leads from the existing set of customers interested in potential investments in the existing and future projects
  • Well-versed with key areas of HRERA (Haryana Real Estate Registration Act)
  • Customer Master Database Management - responsible for error-free updating and maintenance.
  • Expertise in process design, implementation and ensuring compliance, along with training and mentoring skills
  • Process-oriented, methodical and well-organized
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, backed by strong problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership and organizational abilities
